ABOUT OUR SERVICES

  • Do you repair all things on shoes/boots?
    Yes we do, from uppers require stitching, or hardware replacement, including heel and toe taps, and soles.
  • What is the average turn around time for the repairs?
    Our average turnaround time is 3 weeks from the date we receive them.
  • How does the mail-in service work orders?
    Step 1. Go to the SERVICES tab and select from the repair options. Step 2. Click on “Read More” and complete a “Repair Ticket” form. *please make sure to include quality photos for the items that need repair. Step 3. Once your repair ticket has been submitted for review our Master cobbler and repair family will look over the item and provide you with an estimated cost and time line for your repair. Step 4- Once approved for repair you will receive a confirmation email with an attached quote that you will then sign and include with your mailed in item. Step 5- When we received your item in the mail, we will notify you with an email and text that we have received your item and will begin on your repair. Step 6- Once your item is repaired, you will receive a text and/or email that your items have been completed and ready for shipping. With that you will receive an invoice to pay for the repair and return shipping. Once we receive your payment your item will be shipped back to you.   • Are the prices on soles & heels for the pair?
    Yes, all repairs for resoling dress shoe, work boots, western wear and Birkenstock are priced for the pair.
  • Do you offer mail-in services for shoe shines?
    No, Sorry at this time, we only offer this service for walk in customers only. But Shines are accompanied with most repaired items.
  • Do you accept mail-in orders for boot and shoe repair?
    Yes, we accept mail in repairs from all over. Check our Service tab on the website for our most up to date accepted mail in repairs.
  • How do I get an update on the status of my items being repaired?
    We try and do our best to answer email/ phone messages or text on status. If you have any question or looking for an update on your items don’t hesitate to reach out. As soon as your items is repaired you will receive and text and email of completion. *Please allow the allotted time before inquiring.
  • Do you dye shoes to a new color?
    No, sorry, we do not dye or change a shoes original color. Different leathers take dyes differently.
  • Do you accept both men's and women's shoes for mail-in service?
    Yes, we accept both men’s and women’s western cowboy boots, work style boots, men’s and women’s dress shoes, as well as Birkenstocks and many soft goods items for repair.
  • What is the cost to re-sole my shoes/boots?
    Prices vary depending of what needs to be repaired, we provide a detailed quote before you mail in your repairs. Rarely the repair cost more than the quote due to more things needed repair once we get the boot or shoe opened up on the bench. If that were to happen we directly contact you and advise of the situation with any added cost and changes before we continue with the repair. Additional costs may be required depending on the construction and/or condition of your shoes/boots.
  • Can all shoes be re-soled?
    Unfortunately, no. Many shoes "can" be re-soled, but they may not be designed to be re-soled. We only service shoes that were designed to be re-soled. It is best to submit a form online with good quality photos of the repairs in need and we can let you know.
  • Can I bring my shoes and/or order products in person?
    Yes, absolutely. Our shop is located is at 118 West Walnut Street, Rogers Arkansas 72756. In the downtown historical district.
